KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Remit the brand vision through the full spectrum of marketing initiatives across all channels through the coordination and management of the team and its resources
  • Develop strategic marketing, PR, SM strategies and plans including press positioning, messaging, media relations strategies, creative collaboration strategies, fresh pitch ideas, and high-impact buzz marketing programs and events for the respective market.
  • Manage the PR agency. Establish and achieve the objectives defined with the PR agency. Coordinate reporting.
  • Proactive cooperation with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the development and implementation of strong strategies. Identify potential partners to organize cross-marketing campaigns with them. Creation and analysis of the cross-marketing proposals (brand partnerships).
  • Management of the KOL Program by Elaav Corp: meetings with the selected dermatologists and dentists, search of the best partnership program for each one and development of the partnership program.
  • Collaborate with Business Development team and counterparts to ensure more that million integrated campaigns for Elaav and partners and in defining overall market and channel strategies. Create the Major Plan for the market.
  • In charge of overseeing all internal and external communications for the market, ensuring its messaging is consistent and engaging. Participate in the organization of events and attend external events to guarantee networking, gather new ideas and meet potential partners.
  • Managing marketing communications campaigns, making sure all teams are aligned
  • Responsible for effective budgets management for marketing communications campaigns
  • Responsible for received content alignment, but also to create and shape communication topics for the respective market. Manage the translation and adaptation of global content for SM.
  • Oversee local SM accounts management and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Media buying: contact with sales teams of mass media (print, online, radio, tv, etc.) and with OOH companies to request commercial proposals. Analysis of these proposals and negotiations of the costs, being strategic and getting the best deals on the market.
  • Influencers Management: create the influencer strategy. Prepare and write briefings. Negotiate and manage investments with influencers and agencies.
  • Oversee and maintain all internal tracking and reporting matrices that form the basis for cost, productivity and efficiency analysis
  • Effectively collaborate with all marketing team members on the WE Region and with the Country Manager.
  • Oversee and manage all projects affecting marketing, PR, SM activities on the respective market
  • Track employee performance, encourage positive employee morale, and to meet expected productivity standards if applicable.
  • Explore and offer team development and activities including workshops, education, training, knowledge sharing, team building.
  • All other activities according to Supervisor requests on behalf of job position requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree. Ideally Marketing or Communications Degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience, in a similar role, including experience in a marketing agency
  • Excellent managerial, professional and soft skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, excellent in English and Portuguese in writing and speaking.
  • Strong project management/organizational skills.
  • Proactivity, can-do attitude and desire to learn new things.
  • Plus requirements Knowledge of Google Analytics and Tableau.
